This Verizon store offers good customer service with knowledgeable, patient, and honest staff who are cooperative and aim to help. Technicians are noted for explaining things well. However, the location is often understaffed and the process for buying a phone or switching plans can take a very long time due to system issues and safety protocols. While the staff works hard to secure good discounts and the cheapest plans, the overall experience requires a significant time commitment.

I was having trouble deciding which phone to get. The two ladies at the store were very patient and informative. They were very cooperative and made it a smooth, fun transaction. They weren't trying to sell me a phone. They were trying to help me make the decision that I would be comfortable with.
