Great service, friendly, and competent. This is what a dealer should be. I had them pick up my 2 small tractors (a 455D and a 3320) for service and repairs. They took care of them well and returned them in about a week. The service manager Payton was great to work with. Highly recommended!

Own a 1025R, was out of town, contacted Agri-Vison Mo Valley for repair, 2 trips, total of 2 hours labor, 1 bolt and 1 nut, $1,800 bill. Same problem occured 1 year later, took 1025R to other John Deere dealer, bill was $75. I will #1 never buy Green/John Deere again, will never step foot inside an AgriVision store/dealer or contact them, I can't speak for the other locations, but the Mo Valley branch is as crooked as them come. Tried taking this issue up the ladder within AgriVision and got absolutely no where, some of the management would not return calls.

The store is well stocked and very well kept. The counter guys are helpful and pleasant to talk with. This is hard for me to admit because I'm a red Farmall guy. I do get why Deere is on top. Very nice experience.
