First time used this place to do up a pig. Key word first time (suckers)! I worked in meat cutters for years. That’s key word for unload your old product. Little did they know this. Cooked up that bacon and dam had to evacuate whole house Because of the smell I never knew existed. Same issue with pork sausage. Gave a few out to people in my town to try and they had same issue. Not cool! I’ll be sending product to all involved in the little supply chains so you can see. Definitely will have consequences for this business.

I gave specific instructions on how to cut and package my meat.It was cut, and steaks were packaged completely wrong.I was charged twice what any other locker has ever charged me as well.The packaging is nice.

We had a great experience with the Mingo Meat Locker. Professional, friendly, everything double wrapped in plastic then in freezer paper, clearly labeled. Even got a text to clarify something I'd asked for. They went over the sheets with us to make sure what we wanted before proceeding and we had the choice to get cured hams and bacon. It took a little longer but was well worth it: excellent ham and bacon. I would definitely use their service again.

We had a few animals go through this locker and each time was quite amazing in the service and delivery we received. They are busy for sure, but contacted us when they were ready to process so they knew what we wanted and all meat was delivered triple wrapped, labeled and shaped (if possible) for maximum storage capacity in our freezers. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone purchasing or downing animals in their vicinity. Worth every penny spent.

We took 2 of our pigs there and needed to get in asap due to changes in our lives. They got us in quickly even though they were booked pretty full. Process time was amazing turn around! Everyone who i talked to was kind and helpful. Also the price was very reasonable for the cuts of meat and how big our pigs were. I definitely recommend going here!

A little bit over a decade ago I had a hog done in Mingo Locker. We're all picky about our tastes, but when the bacon comes out smelling and tasting like cured ham, your eyebrow raises a bit. The packaged pork sausage (loose meat) had a funny taste to it. It was a weird sweetness of sorts. Neither our family or friends cared for it. We ended up feeding it all to the dog. He seemed to enjoy it.
