Extremely rude. From the second I walked in until the second I left the man working seemed uninterested and annoyed. I asked to have my vehicle appraised for trade in and was offered $3000 less than any other dealership in the area. There were also several dogs inside the office and one tried to nip at me. I do not recommend this dealership.
