I went in today with two stray kittens that my son found at a job site they saw them right away the staff and the Dr are very nice friendly they did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and they even kitten sat for me so I can head back home for my purse they went beyond what they had to do.THANK YOU ALL!!!

The staff and Dr. at Central vet clinic is absolutly wonderful. I drive from. Newton for my dog to see them. He's very old and unfortunatly in a lot of pain due to arthritis and complication of other problems. Dr.sat down with me on a very busy day(I didn't even have an appointment)and discussed options with me. He is now very comfortable, and feeling much better due to some pain medications he's on! Tank and Rod thank you all so much for the genuine care and compassion you have for not only the fur babies, but the owners as well! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Great job at the vet. Axel likes his Dr and assistant, and he got a treat after being checked over and after getting a couple of pokes. He is a lot more relaxed now, when he goes there, then he was on his first few visits

Isn't it the doctors' responsibility to correctly evaluate an animals condition before administering anesthesia? I would (obviously)have much preferred you to decline to perform the procedure than to have my pet die from your incompetency.

We take our golden retriever Herky here and he loves the staff they treat him so good even though he’s a wild puppy ?. The staff has been so nice to us!

As another veterinarian who received an “amazing alice” review on the same day, saying the same things, we figured out who the client is. He was fired from my office for being aggressive with his requests which were not in the best interest of his dog Bella. This office in Melbourne also offered everything for the best interest of the pet, they also denied him services.

If this lady isn't the biggest joke of all jokes. I can't stand a liar and that's what she is. Staff is really nice but she should retire. I don't recommend this Dr for nothing! She will take your money though. Fake vet!

The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and his assistants were very polite and helpful I would recommend taking a visit the prices were very reasonable.

I have taken my German Shepherds there for years and I always will. Most recently they have been caring for Isa. They treat her as if she was one of their own and she feels totally at ease with them. They treat her like a rockstar and she gladly takes it all in. They explain every procedure and answer every question with no hesitation. Aside from being the only Veterinary Clinic that I would let touch my dog, the people are all exceptional and caring. There is no place better. Thank you so much for all you do and the manner in which you do it.

I would never take a pet here. Several bad experiences before I realized how bad they really are. The very worst incident was our Morky that went in for teeth cleaning and come home completely deaf. The vet told us that it could not have been from the teeth-cleaning procedure. We went to ames to university vet (very good place!) shillo was 100% deaf due to the anesthesia that the vet used for his teeth-cleaning. We had no idea that could even be an option or we would have looked into different options! Heart-broken watching shillo try to adapt to his new condition. Just Devastating

I saved two dogs from being put down she was really great at checking them over and suggestions on eye care and she got them current on shots. I look forward to using her when I need her

Took my 2 male cats to get Neutered and I showed up to pick them up and being told that they peed all over their kennels and didn’t bath them. When they brought them out to me the stench of urine was overwhelming and I noticed once I got into my car they peed in my carrier(which was filled with urine) that I had I went back in and asked them what I should do they told me I couldn’t bath them but also were more worried about them getting an infection. If your so worried about my cats getting an infection maybe you should have washed them off before I showed up. They didn’t care about my cats at all and I refuse to bring them back. My cats didn’t deserve this and I wish I never paid you to take care of my animals.

Refused to see my animal because I gave them a one-star review. Now, a day later my cat passed away. I feel like my cat could of been saved but the hateful discriminatory mindset that the owner had over a one star review clouded their judgement. When it comes to dealing with life I expect that a vet clinic would go above and beyond to save a life. MELBOURNE CENTRAL IOWA VETERINARY SERVICES proved me wrong.
