I strongly advise against using the services of Precision in Maurice, Iowa. My personal experience with Marlin and his team was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I paid a substantial amount of money, hoping for a comprehensive fix for my generator, steps, and engine issues.However, it was a complete letdown. Despite their promises, the generator and steps were still broken, and the engine was displaying a multitude of error codes even after they claimed to have serviced it fully. Their lack of competence and inability to deliver on their assurances left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.Furthermore, their attitude towards the situation was far from satisfactory. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and were more interested in taking my money rather than providing a quality service. It was evident that their focus was solely on making a quick buck, with no regard for customer satisfaction or after-sales support.Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeking alternatives for any repair or servicing needs in the area. There are likely better and more reliable options elsewhere that genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction and have the expertise to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere with your business. This company in Maurice, Iowa, does not deserve your trust or hard-earned money.

Called them up with a 1 day notice needing some repairs done in a timely manner, they told me they were swamped at the moment but they never turned me down and got me in asap and did very good work at a affordable price! Hard to find places and mechanics like them anymore. .. highly recommend and I will be back !
