Went to Walmart Mason City Automotive shop today to get new tires on my SUV. What a joke this was. First the “writer” asked the same question we already answered when we made the appointment. They took our SUV into the tire bay to start working 45 minutes later a service guy comes in to tell us sorry we can’t get your lug off so we won’t be working on your SUV today. As we were walking out the tire technician that was actually working on our vehicle said sorry something is wrong with your lug and you need new lugs before we can put new tires on your vehicle. We left and drove to Discount Tire in Mason City with in minutes of us being there they had the tires off. Not sure WalMart maybe you need more skilled workers.

So was in Walmart and went into the hot wheel section and there was a box sitting on the shelf with the cover on it and was going to look in it and was rudely introduced by a worker that looks like he just started just starring at me then walked up and asked if I was gonna buy what was in the box and I put it down and said no but why have it sitting on the shelf if I can't even see what is in it and no it wasn't on the top shelf so he linger behind me then goes and stands at the end of the isle and stares at me then I left the isle but he was still trying to watch me so he made me feel very uncomfortable and didn't appreciate it and i wasn't happy.

So tired of using the self checkout being recorded then being harassed about a receipt at the door too. I can see if I'm walking out with a 75in tv but I'm waling out with toilet paper.

Short African American guy that guards the front doors is very insulting to people in the manner he uses to check receipts. I understand Walmart attracts all the low life losers, but not everyone is a thief. If you don't want to do your job, don't question if we did your job correctly.

(Pick up orders) This is not the first time they give us OBVIOUSLY spoiled food. I don’t understand why this people think it’s okay to give the worst looking fruits and vegetables to pick up orders. I don’t know if it’s on purpose to get rid of food that has gone bad or they’re just stupid and can’t see it’s bad.
