I have been doing business with Walgreens for years. I had a prescription made out last Wednesday. Screwup in my doctor's office and it wasn't sent until Friday. Have called Walgreens numerous times. One time I held for 52 minutes to speak to a human. Kept telling me it was being processed. I have been out of this pill since Saturday and this prescription was to increase it. Very rude pharmacy tech after waiting in line outside (along with 6 other cars behind me) for an hour. Nobody came to help the people in front and then when they did never returned. Then it was my turn and I was VERY rudely chewed out and she refused to talk to me. This has happened three times now. I will NEVER be returning here and have now moved my prescription to a friendly speedier business.

Drive-thru this evening was fast and the lady at the window was very friendly. We enjoy seeing the smiling faces when we go through to drop off or pick-up our Rx's.

Big THANK YOU to Pharmacist Cheryl A. and two Techs (didn't see their name tags) for staying late to fill a scrip for my dad's pain meds after being discharged from the hospital on a Sunday afternoon. Wish we had a better way of thanking them.

I ordered over 200 pictures and a lot of them came with scratches on them, through them! Completely unusable! Watch your equipment or get more help so u can!
