I bought a pair of boots online from tractor supply because the one in Mason City didn't have my size. They ended up not fitting comfortably. I took them into Mason City and in 2 minutes I had my refund. They were super friendly and courteous and made the experience super easy! I would definitely buy from them again!

They're just great! Friendly, helpful, they don't just point in the direction that something is they show you were it is and one of the employees helped me put together a power washer over the phone.
