“Fast and polite. The gentleman the helped me helped tape my box and get everything ready the ship. I thought I would have to ship in another box and he said I was good to go as long as we covered or removed old shipping labels. He made sure my addresses were correct circled my tracking numbers for me and let me know when my receivers should receive their packages. Great service! Wish I could remember where I put my receipt so I could name him and take the USPS survey!”

When i went to the print services area the person (Izzy) calmly told me that he was a trainee but that his manager was headed our way. He explained to Tony, his manager what I wanted. Tony immediately engaged Izzy in learning the process. I was immediately struck by the courtesy they showed me and the manner in which Tony interacted with trainee Izzy. In a world where rude is often the norm, it was really refreshing to see all around courtesy. Plus, the large scan was done quickly. Thank you Tony and Izzy!.”
