First off the site manager here is incredible! He went above and beyond to help us when we needed to get into a unit past office hours. He was incredibly prompt, helpful, and kind. The units are extremely clean and the property appears to be very well maintained. The entire process of renting was quick and easy!! Highly recommend them if you’re looking for storage! ♥️

I needed assistance after I got to the site and called all morning and no one would answer the phone. I called again around 1:30 and someone answered, when I explained what happened and was thinking about canceling she hung up on me. I wouldn't even give a star but that was the only way I could leave a review. I would not recommend them at all.

Took a storage unit at both 12th str and Illinois str facilities. Prices were so affordable, that I took two units and are are so happy with them both.

One of the things that drew me to this facility was the affordable pricing. It was a relief to find a storage solution that didn't break the bank, but still offered all the amenities I needed. The facility was secure, and I never felt uneasy leaving my belongings there.
