Always a bad shopping experience at this store every time we come in. They never have frozen mice, ever, and we're always told it's days wait time. The managers are extremely rude helping one customer while getting phone numbers from other dudes while they should be working to get to the next customer. The men's bathroom is in the same dirty nasty condition it was in yesterday only mo toilet paper this time. Take your pet shopping needs elsewhere instead of dealing with this sad location.

Love the animals but wish staff would be willing to help more frequently. Also needs a more detailed description on animals and supplies. Also would love if they had more items for keeping a terrarium or aquarium natural instead of plastic decor. Needs more live plants and less corporate money sucking objects that are unneeded for a person's pet. Anyways nice place and good place to go if you need quick supplies.

Thinks that they have a right to change my delivery address on one order, change my delivery type from same-day twice on two others, and then cancel a fourth.
Claimed inventory was the reason for the changes and cancelation, but there was more than 20 of the purchased item on their shelves
Claimed to have refunded me, and made everything right; but they've done nothing but steal my money and cause my pets to have less food than they need just because they wanted to and not offer any substitute or anything else
It is customer service 101 to contact the customer and offer a substitute or see what else the customer would want done. They could EASILY have an option to pre-select a substitute, but no; they decided that they would just mess up every time and make me buy every order TWICE just to get one bag of food

There are some great staff here, besides the man helping with fish. Very rude, very disrespectful, talked to me and my girlfriend like we didn't know anything about fish.
