Please don't commit to move someone and then avoid phone calls & messages. We got someone else to help us,but would have done that much sooner if we knew you would back out. It's just extremely rude & unprofessional. Shame on you.

Matt said to plan on him moving us but as date got closer, we never heard back so went with a more reliable company..Left several messages and never heard from him.

Be aware that you can't rely your moving to this guy that even if you talk to him and set a date for moving they completely don't care. I called on May 3rd and we set my moving for June 11th. More than a month ahead of time, he was supposed to call me to get more details and a week later I called again, he said nothing was set and after so many d*** excuses he was going to check and call me back. Is June 5th and haven't hear from him! Of course I got a different company to do it.

Matt is friendly and thorough. He is a busy guy who returns calls. Understands stresses of a moving - really professional and flexible. His staff works hard.

Matt and his team are the best around. They have helped up move and store on several occasions. Always very helpful and professional. Due to personal circumstances, they were left to pack my entire home and move it without direction.They were awesome and I am so glad we chose them!

It was a nightmare. It took a long time to even get an estimate. The movers were supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 9:30. They showed up at 10:00, and immediately asked me to take them through and tell me which stuff I wanted to move and which stuff I wanted to leave behind. HUH? Who only moves part of their belongings? When it started to rain, they stopped, dead in their tracks. They burned up a lot of time, and they charge by the hour. They filled the small truck about 2/3 full, and went to my new place, leaving the vast majority of my boxes behind. A friend observed all of this, and called the owner to complain on my behalf. He told me that the owner wanted to speak with me, to try to make things right. I left a message for him on Monday. It's now Friday. I guess customer confidence isn't a priority. I definitely do not recommend this company.

O'Brien assisted me with an in town move back in 2016. They were on time, polite, and gentile with my belongings. They even assisted me with some 'space' issues while moving the large washer and dryer into the new home. Very professional and efficient. Pricing is excellent for the work that they do. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs assistance with any kind of move.
