Horrible customer service you call about 30 minutes to closing and they say please hold and never come back to you. I got some stuff made for the company I work for and it was correct, I needed the old ones back atleast and they would not stop answer the phone with napa can you please hold. After 15 minutes I hung up and called back and they said the same exact thing. I didnt get the machine fixed because of they wouldnt just answer the phone. I almost lost my job over this. We will not be shopping with napa any more thats for sure. On top of them overcharging for fittings. I dont know how much this usually runs so Ill charge you $50 so I know we're covered. Stop being so lazy!
