This is my first time utilizing this awesome indoor storage facility. I have severe. Asthma so to me getting this indoor storage facility was a no brainer! No leaks so no mold, climate controlled so if I have go through some things I won’t be in the elements out side . Which is awesome cause that humidity makes it so I can’t breathe well and makes me super sweaty! So don’t have to deal with all that crud. And they’re is helps to help life and store your stuff !and the employees are the most helpful, understand group of people I have ever met. Price is usually high. But with these Black Friday deals it was to hard to resist . And so far my experience has been top notch!!!Sarah C.

Great staff. Ivy helped me get settled into my unit. Answered all my questions and felt welcomed. She took the time to show me the facility she certainly didn’t have to do that. Highly recommend.

Midwest Indoor Storage has very friendly and accommodating staff members. The unit is easily accessible, and well kept. I rented a space for about a year, very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend!

Moving can be so chaotic but Jonathan made moving our stuff into the unit a breeze! He helped me with every step (on a Saturday) and made sure I had everything I needed and provided some laughs, which with how my move was going before that I NEEDED, please someone give him a raise! The team at Midwest Indoor storage (mason city) I just cant say enough good things about. The facility is clean and very very nice!
