Sooo happy we came to Midas! They worked hard to solve our problem and get us safely on the road. Finding they didn't have all of the parts needed and none were available in town, Julie made a special trip to another store out of town. That is DEFINITELY going above and beyond! My husband and I absolutely loved the service and all of the information sent to our phone telling us what was checked and even pictures of the filters. They even gave us a play by play on what is recommended to replace and what will be needing fixed in the near future. Overall Midas is amazing and definitely our only car mechanic.

Got my vehicle in for an oil change the same morning. They did an inspection and took pictures, then explained, in detail, any issues I had with my vehicle; they set up an appointment to put on new tires, a few days later, and a follow-up appointment for another oil change in 2 months. The cost was very reasonable, when they were all done. Thanks Andrew and crew at Mason City Midas.

I have been bringing my vehicles to the Mason City Midas for the last three years, and they have always done good quality work. I appreciate the honest feedback about repairs and the efficiency in which they get the job done. Small or large repairs they are the place to go for our family. Plus, you can’t beat the 0% interest financing options as well!

Great place for your automotive needs! My experience bringing them in a 67 years old Ford pick up was a very good one starting with Andrew and Julie, who are the service writers and the Technicians, who are Ben, Jacob, and Matt. Matt did my service work, after both him and Ben test drove the truck to verify my concerns. I still have the right pull, but working with Ben, Matt, and Jacob, we have a work in progress plan to address that. Stay tuned as I am looking forward to working with them to solve it! I had an emergency with my tires about three hours away from home. Was able to go in and get my tires replaced. I'm very thankful that they were able to work me in today because it saved me a whole lot of stress. Andrew and his crew at Midas are the best. My sister was visiting from Colorado when her vehicle developed significant problems. They took the time to see that the vehicle was repaired correctly and even spent some time on the vehicle where they did not charge. I had an issue with my AC, and they got it all fixed up with no problems. Every test/process that they were planning on doing on my car was explained up front, and a price estimate was also given up front which I appreciated. I was also told to come back in 2-5 days for them just to double check that everything was still working properly and there were no outstanding leaks. This was done at no additional cost to me, it was super easy, and they got me in for the check the morning that I called which was impressive. I will 100% be going with Midas for any future car troubles.Services: Auto A/C recharge

I can't say enough about how good this shop is. They did an excellent job of diagnosing my car, explained everything that needed to be done, and provided a fair estimate prior to repair. They also found and exhaust issue and let me know to contact the dealer, where it should be repaired for free. They even took pictures to show the issue.
