Not helpful at all.. get the runaround I need to call customer service customer service doesn't need to talk to my T-Mobile store and it's never ending. Customer service was very rude and not helpful at all.. I switch back to Verizon

I have had metro for many years. I have been pretty happy with them until this past 6 months or so. I never seem to get my phone calls or messages and I use data up like crazy!!! Oh wait it’s not Metros fault it’s the people who think it’s okay to hack into my phone. Guess what METRO HAS MY BACK SO GO HACK YOURSELF.

All I'm saying is the two ladies working today so made it worth being a customer of Metro. These two women have been my best experience with MetroPCS since I started service with y'all. Man somebody really needs to appreciate it when they have some great employees and these two are for sure GREAT employees to have. I'll keep my service which I was leaving metro til today's service that made me decide to stay.

Peyton is a good man and he answered my questions I had and I love my new phone and it's easy on my budget and it will be for a long time to come. My phone takes brilliant pictures and I even love the detail. I'm telling you right now the phone isn't old and it has a lot of memory space for a lot of games and music. Make it a point to go to metro by t-mobile and see what they can do for you and see what phone works best for you you'll be glad you did because I'm glad I went back to the phone company that makes me feel like a part of the family and not a stranger. Keep up the good work Peyton and others I will be back again in the future if I need anything.

Great place to go for a phone! Emily did a great job helping get everything i needed!!!! Affordable good service is hard to come by. No contract, 4 lines for 100 dollars! We love it! Thank you metro pcs and thank you Emily!!!

Their Mobile plans suck their phones our way high-priced for what they are and their policies on returns and rebates they don't tell you when you purchase new items from them and they rip you off Metro PC is a rip-off as soon as I can I'm switching companies I rather pay $10 more for my service cuz I'll be getting I can get unlimited hotspot for $10 more $20 more when they only give you 15 gigabytes for the same price or higher and nothing else don't ever by their buy a new phone using the upgrade option cuz if you don't like it you have no return policy and they won't return it or give you your money back or anyting 2 days ago I bought a new phone and that's what's happening to me right now but they used the number I had my other phone for this phone instead of me switching my number but she didn't say anything about fentanyl avoid me for the refund within 7 days if I didn't like the phone for old money back guarantee what you buy it under the upgrade phone number to be eligible for a refund they don't tell you that
