Welcome to the Mason City Stray Animal Shelter. This shelter is owned by the City of Mason City, but co-located and managed by the Humane Society of North Iowa. This shelter only takes in cats and dogs found in the city limits of Mason City and dogs found within Cerro Gordo County. If you have lost a pet, please call the shelter...we can help!
