Oil change and tire rotation went fine. They checked the cabin air filter but I told them I would replace it. When I replaced it the arm that holds the glove box was gone. Have asked multiple times about lights not working on heat controls and nothing gets done. Asked about cracks in seat and center console and they ignore those requests also. Because of service department I will probably never buy from them again.

Does not even deserve one star! I have been trying for THREE weeks to get ahold of someone, I have many messages with no return phone call. I have called and a gentleman answers and says Hello...then NOTHING! I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place for fear there is NOONE there to help or assist you with anything. Poor business relations, I would be embarrassed to know how they run this business. And yes I have called EVERY number, to no avail. I've called early in the morning, throughout the day religiously and in the evening. Are you even open anymore?

One of the Best Dealerships I have ever worked with to purchase a Car. Had been looking at trading in our 1500 Ram, came to town to pick up a rental car, decided to stop by because I had been looking at at a 2500 Ram online, came across it in Mason City. Husband loved it, ended up making it work and Tim was great to work with.
