Went there 2 times for the ac ... out of service each time for 6-8 hours ... ac still didnt work ...$ 1300 ... place is a joke

We got an emergency repair done on a wheel of our travel trailer at the Sioux Falls shop. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Adam in the service department was our lifesaver. He went above and beyond. He was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Truly a great guy. NCI is lucky to have him as part of their staff!

3 weeks. $3,000+. And no results

Missed the major issues when initially brought in and inspected. Took 3 weeks and 3 visits to repair. Upon completion of repair, left APU non functional. No alignment services. Has loaner car, but can't keep in repair. Hit and miss with communication. Drivers lounge is minimal, has odor and temperature issues. Worthy of 2âas repair is good once issue found. Just costly and inefficient to get there.
