Stopped in for a tire that seemed to be slowly leaking air. They quickly assessed and fixed the problem (small nail in the tire) for FREE. Will definitely go back when it’s time to replace the tires.

I need a tire rotation. Was also feeling a vibration at highway speed. I got right in and they fixed the vibration. Tires are discount tire in house truck tires. They are wearing evenly and traction is as good as any tires I've had on this truck. What I'm buying from now on.

Had to make an unexpected pit stop to Mason City as we picked up a chunk of metal in our tire. Jordan from discount tire was absolutely amazing to deal with and got our tire changed within minutes of us being there and helped us get back on the road, as we are from Canada — super impressed with his customer service!

I am relatively new to Mason City. I am also a non-driver, but needed to help someone get tires for their vehicle. While I was skeptical of the name I gave Discount Tire call immediately found them to be more than just friendly, but extremely helpful. I explained our situation and explained that we did not have a spare tire or donut. One of the employees had a tire that fits our vehicle, came and picked it up and headed back before we knew it. Amazing service, great prices!

Wow just wow, we were just at WalMart here in Mason City and they told us they couldn’t get our tires off our SUV so we left and drove straight to Discount Tire and within minutes they had the tires off and began replacing our old tires with new ones and at a better price then Walmart was selling for. Shame on us for not coming here first. We weren’t even here for 20 minutes. Thank you Discount Tire you have a customer for life.

Fast and incredibly helpful! We blew a tire on our camper, an hour into our 8 hour trip. Called and they told us to head over. Got to the shop and we were on the road again in 15 minutes!! They replaced our blown tire and our spare. Thank you!!!!!

Pretty sure the guy who helped me was named Nick. Got new tires and wheels... And I'm super picky... But he was so unbelievably kind, patient, and honest. I would go back a million times over!

Convenient, Quick, and Affordable. With their certificate program, I have had tires repaired or replaced at no charge when something unexpected happens during it's useful life.
