Casey's on South Federal is a well-liked gas station and convenience store in Mason. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff, including Cindy, Jen, and others, are known for their friendly and attentive service. They make an effort to get to know their regular customers. The store has recently undergone some improvements, such as fixing the lighting and adding more products that are commonly found at other Casey's locations. While there was limited hot food available during one visit, the overall selection was still considered good. The cashiers were polite and acknowledged the lighting issue. In addition to the positive customer experience, Casey's also demonstrated exceptional customer service when they provided a customer with a free hot chocolate while they waited for a tow truck after a vehicle issue. The customer was impressed by this thoughtful gesture during a stressful situation.
Casey's on South Federal is by far my favorite Casey's in Mason. My kids would say the same. Cindy and her crew are the best around!! Store always looks very put together and clean and Cindy, Jen and the other ladies really get to know their customers!
