AMAZING VET! I called 16 different vets for my dog’s hurt leg. This was the first and ONLY vet that told me they wouldn’t turn away an emergency. Thank you so much for your help! Also extremely inexpensive for an exam, X-ray, and meds. Amazing people do good work here ♥️

It's pretty sad when a vet cares more about upcharging and schedules 3 appointments just to look at a problem and not solve it. Do yourself a favor and go to pioneer animal clinic instead . These people didn't care at all when my dogs eye was swollen shut they just wanted to charge me for what they didn't fix . Horrible experience ?

Never got around to posting my experience. Few years back we requested our records so we could switch vets for our own preference. We knew someone who worked for our new vet. The records that brookview sent to the new office stated "Dog is an idiot!!!" The gal we knew told us about that and had it printed off for us to pick up. I called Brookview to get paper copies of what were supposed to be the same records and picked them up. On the exact same record as the one they sent to the new vet and the ones they gave us, the note section was changed and worded more "professional." Nowhere to find the nasty comment they made about my rescued 3 legged baby. Moral of the story, behind closed doors they don't have all the nicest things to say.

I took my cat in for an ear cleaning because I noticed some black in his ear and I didn’t want to risk hurting him. The vet cleaned his ears with long Q-tips and said everything was fine and my cat was in great health.
I brought my cat home and set him on the kitchen floor. He fell over. I thought that was very strange, but maybe he slipped. He continued to fall over all evening while trying to walk. He hid under the bed. Took him back to the vet first thing in the morning wanting to know what they had done to my cat.
A different Vet looked at him and said there may be something wrong with him and they could do some bloodwork to make that determination at my cost, of course. The vet also suggested a Cortizone shot, which seems to be their answer for many things. Not once did they acknowledge that maybe they had done something wrong. I was furious and left.
I took my cat home and monitored him for a few days. He kept pawing at his ear, but got more steady on his feet each day. After three days he was back to normal. The Vet 100% did some type of damage In his ears or lining but their answer was for me to dish out more money which was not necessary.
I’ve had my doubts before about the service my pets have received from this veterinary practice and I will never trust them with my pets again.

Brookview staff is always super friendly and my cats love Dr. Matt Smith. Even when visiting for random things like a runny eye, they are informative. You can tell they actually care about the animals.
