“My iPad died and I couldn't even connect it to my computer or iTunes to get items off of it. I called Batteries Plus and they offered to replace the screen and if that did not work, there would be no charge. What a deal!! I didn't think the screen replacement would work but it did!! It's back to working and I didn't lose anything. Very friendly service and quick turn-around time.”
“I was looking for a dealer only hub bolt that GM discontinued. Both local dealerships didn't have it. O'Reilly's on Federal said dealer only as did Tom Hovelands Napa and Advanced auto. As a last resort I tried O'Reilly's on 4th St. Across from the fairgrounds. There's was listed as dealer only. The associate cross referenced a Dorman number but it wasn't correct. Then he says hold on and broke out a digital caliper. Within a couple minutes he had an exact match that supposedly didn't exist. Amazing service and knowledge. No one else in Mason City had a clue. Now we don't have to postpone a trip to Mayo for my better half. Thank you O'Reilly's on 4th !”

“They price match. They loan out tools. They run check engine light diagnosis. The staff can change wiper blades, head/tail lights, turn signals for customers in the parking lot. Most of the staff is really knowledgeable and more than willing to chat with you about possible issues and solutions. Most of them.”
