Andrew was fantastic! We were in town for a wedding and had our truck broke down. He was willing to drive quite some distance to get the parts we needed and fix it on a Sunday so we could get back to our home state before work Monday morning. Thank you so very much. We were on a trip to southern Iowa when our air conditioner gave out on a 90+ degree day. This was the only place in the area on a Saturday evening that was available to fix the issue, though unfortunately the part was not immediately available and wouldnt be until Tuesday. We weren't far from home, so we chose to continue on. Even so, the man we spoke to was extremely helpful and made every effort to solve the problem. If we ever find ourselves in such circumstances again, we'll know who to call!

Highly recommend!!On our way from vacation back home on a Sunday and our van started to brake down. Auto ER saved the day! Got us in right away and fixed our van. Very helpful and friendly service!

Stranded on a road trip and they said they were booked out for 2 weeks and couldn't do anything for me. They claim to offer emergency services, but that is a false claim based on my experience today.

My husband and I were traveling from Wisconsin back to Texas and we broke down just north of Mason City. It was on a Friday and the first shop we called could only tow us as they were closed on the weekend. Thankfully, he told us about Auto ER. He towed us there and Andrew was absolutely fantastic. He was able to look at the truck immediately and get us a diagnosis and a quote. He gave up his Friday night and got us fixed. He contacted us before 7 am on Saturday and shortly thereafter we were headed back home. He is a fantastic young man and had very reasonable pricing. I can't recommend him enough. If you ever breakdown near Mason City Iowa, call this man. He even helped find us a ride to a hotel since we were traveling with our two large dogs!! Above and beyond!! Best shop in town hands down! They gave me a great, honest diagnosis for my car, and also provided me with solutions that best fit me and my budget. I was traveling down the interstate and had a tire issue. All other places I called were closed. They were willing to help me out on a Friday night so I could continue on our road trip. Very friendly and willing to do whatever they could to help out and get us back on the road.Service: Tires
