4 black and white self service copies cost me $2.99? 20 cents a copy and a $1.99 charge for computer use. I never used the computer!

The manager was rude and the term carpet bagging comes to mind considering he wants 10$ for me to pick up a document that cost 14$ to mail from a ups pickup location.

I have been overcharged by the new girl for outgoing postage paid thru my UPS email account. She has blatantly reported exaggerated dimensions contrary to the dimensions on the Uline Boxes stamped on the bottom Flap for all to see! These are large boxes and I've gotten Billed 4 Times in a row now for an extra $5.00 each, due to her lying about the dimensions inflating them several inches larger than the actual size of the boxes. I've lost $20. or more in overcharges. I've switched my business over to FedEx for the past couple months now and I will continue to cost them Hundreds in lost postage in return for cheating me on the box sizes. The average shipping costs I'm being charged is $40.00 or more on shipments that are only $35.00. How much Business do you want to continue to lose by allowing this employee to cheat customers on the dimensions of the boxes? I will eventually Sue this Store in a Class Action Lawsuit if this cheating garbage continues. But for now I don't even trust them anymore to chance allowing them to continue this practice! Get rid of this person now or continue to lose hundreds every month in lost Business! I never had a single problem with this store for many years until this girl started working there about a year ago.

They were supposed to deliver a package containing some VERY expensive items on a Monday and they had left a note while I was gone saying they needed a signiture and to sign the paper and they would use the signiture if I was not home I had called to ask them the proccess and see if i could pick the packages up at a location and the man hardly spoke any english and after a long time of trying to understand what he was saying he said I was not allowed to come pick up the package. Thenext day they came with the packages in hand and then left a note saying it have to be done in person and said that my package would be delivered the next day at 1030 and I had called to see when my package would arrive and the female I spoke with was VERY rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend ups to anyone. It is my recomendation that either management PROPPERLY manages their people or new management replaces the current management. Also make sure the people that pick up the phone speak PROPPER and FLUENT English. I am just fine waiting for packages but I cannot stand the disrespect and fact that they were lying to me this whole time is time. They showed me piss poor preformance through this situation.

Staff is not as friendly as they used to be. Seemed to hurry through the process, yet I had to wait for her to wait on me. They have what you need to ship things here, but you can probably buy it for much less before you arrive. Easier to have everything all ready to go when you get there.
