Bad experience these guys installed 3 tpms (tire pressure monitor sensor) in my 06 Toyota sequoia. After taking my money they told me to reset the low pressure warning light by myself. I did it twice drove it 80 miles and I still got the warning light on, I came back and told them, now they send me to a Toyota dealership to get it fix they said they can't fix it, the question is why paid for something that they didn't get right the first time, I'm still coming back to them after Toyota dealership diagnostic. I don't think they know what they are doing, very bad service.

My little 6 foot trailer needed wiring done and I called them and they said that they would be glad to do it. the guy had my trailer only for like a day and called me and said it was ready. He told me the total was $401.25!!! At first I was surprised but then I thought that they replaced the whole wiring. I got there and they only replaced the connector to the car. WTF!!! I asked the guy about it and he said that he had to"test the wires"? For that price I thought they would have replaced the whole wiring. I told the guy," for another $75 I could buy a whole new trailer with wiring and everything". He didn't want to talk about it with me anymore he kept telling me to talk to his boss. So I did. I called the place the next day, and spoke with the OWNER of SHOWROOM AUTO JIM JOHNSON. Mr Johnson seemed cordial at first, but then when I tried to explain how I didn't understand how I could be charged $400 for someone to basically replace a "pigtail" he became belligerent and said that I should have asked for a quote. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, AND GOT AWAY WITH IT!!!!

Take your business anywhere but this place!Ordered a new fiber glass topper, 2500.00+ dollars worth. Topper finally arrived- 3 weeks after target date. Owner Jim was reluctant to schedule an installation appointment, time finally come for the install....wow what a circus, top came in without some ordered options or wrong options. Jim says " it'll be just fine, he just sells - doesn't build them " he wanted to upcharge to hookup the lighting. He is full blown lying asshore who would rather talk about his dog with the locals. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

Would give them a minus 5 if that were possible for customer service. They installed a Truxedo Lo pro cover on my truck. A plastic end cap came off the head rail and disappeared. Simple plastic piece and easy to replace. They claimed they would order another. After a couple of months and many excuses, I would call and they would say "Jim (the owner) will be in at 3, talk to him". One of the excuses they used was Truxedo had not been able to send them any parts, etc., etc. I finally called Truxedo myself and not a problem, they will send the part out immediately. They were very nice and cooperative. Drive a few extra miles to Des Moines or Cedar Falls if you want professional service, not only for the product install, but also for service afterwards.
