I’m a member, and the last two weeks I have been trying to get my car washed, and each time there is a long line of cars, with one car at the booth experiencing issues, the guys are running back and forth from the booth to inside, there are two lanes but they only have the one open so the car experiencing issues is holding up everyone else, including members who pay over $30 a month and who don’t have time to wait around for them to solve this issue. When I rolled down my window to figure out how long it was going to be, one of the employees just held their finger up at me, then rudely proclaimed “it’s going to be a little bit” with no indication of how long “a little bit” would be, but last time I waited in the line for 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. Probably just going to cancel my membership.

Would not recommend! I washed my car there 6/11/24 and the car wash broke my passenger side mirror cover off my car. I filed an insurance claim and they are not fixing my mirror.
I will not be going back to this car wash again not recommending to any family or friends to use!
I have used multiple automatic car washes before with the same vehicle & never had any problems.
One would think it may save you time & $ by using an automatic car wash…well now I know I’ll be taking the time to wash my car myself to ensure no damages to my car!

It is so convenient to just run through and wash when in town. However we live on a gravel road and the people nor the machine do a good job on the back of the vehicle, we usually have muddy steaks running down the back when done.

Staff is usually friendly. Wish they'd scrub on passenger side also.

I took my truck there and the staff did an excellent job , my truck looked like it was brand new out of the factory when they were done . The staff worked like professionals , perfect customer service , I would definitely recommend anybody to go get their vehicle detailed and cleaned there for sure .
