I was looking for an individual piece that got lost from a wiper arm and although they couldn't find a replacement for me, they recommended another location that may have it in place of ordering a whole new part since I'm not from in town. They were super helpful.

Last night 8:09pm 7/7/2023, I drove 45 minutes to get a part I desperately needed before advance auto closed. By Google they were the only place open until 9pm. When I arrived the lights were on, doors locked and no one around . The garbage can out front was overflowing with trash. I called several times only to be answered and hung up on. Luckily my wife saved the day called their competitor O'Reilly. I generally shop O'Reilly anyway. Google was wrong they were open. And I got what I needed. Can you believe it? A 73 super beetle is in the data base of parts. There wasn't garbage all over the place either. I won't even consider stopping by advance auto again. I never do and only did because Google was wrong. The guy behind the counter was 2 customers deep behind me. It was 8:54 and he wasn't close to upset. He was very helpful and polite. That is what customer service looks like. Thank you O'Reilly
