Checkout is a nightmare- when I put my soft-breakable items ontop of seat I don't like when they put milk up there...really. I was careful shopping for my food-have some common sense when you put it back in my basket...geez it's not rocket science!”

“We like Hy-Vee, prices are higher than Walmart but they have better deals when they have them. So we keep a good eye on the deals and go occasionally. Their cafeteria is great, and the Starbucks there is always busy. Have always had good customer service here!”

“I have had wonderful experiences with Hyvee Pharmacy in multiple towns but THIS Marshalltown Pharmacy has a Pharmacy Intern named MUNG, that needs to be recognized for his Responsiveness and understanding in my need. The fact that he stopped what he was doing to help me, making my emergency his emergency, knowing my prescriptions were called in 6 hours prior to my arrival and the drivethru told me to come back in 20 minutes because they "were halfway done with one and partway done with another."I walked inside two minutes later and Mung treated me very well and got me on my way within seconds, even while the girl doing the other prescription kept saying, "well hey... are you going to ring her up then?" And then while walking the meds over to his computer, he turned toward her, smiled brightly and said, "sure!"Thanks Mung!”
