I decided to go from 2 vehicles to 1, and move up a couple years. I got a 2023 Traverse, very well equipped. Jason was excellent to work with, answering all my questions and being transparent about the whole process. Shane and Nick were great also. I'm very pleased with the vehicle as well as the buying process.

I was a very disappointed that the key reasons I brought my car to this particular place was because I thought I would be dealing with "experts" in hybrids (Chevy Volt). I had taken her to a few places but no one could work on the issues I had been having with High Voltage Charging System and Reduced Propulsion Power. In addition, thought that while I was there getting these primary problems taken care of, I could also have my A/C recharged and battery replaced (two things I could have had done anywhere for much less). When I left, the High Voltage warning message came back on. I returned to the shop to be told there was no one available to help me. The EV tech had left for the day. I feel like I wasted a day off of work to have my car fixed for nothing. I left very disappointed.
