“We were previously with US Cellular for 18+ years for our cell phones. When we decided to shop around for a "better deal" and save money we choose Cricket. We love Cricket. Honestly, there is NO difference between US Cell & Cricket. None! In fact the phones are just as good, customer service is great. The only difference is what we pay. $80 for unlimited Everything including fees and taxes at Cricket. That's it!! US Cell was $135.00 and we did NOT have unlimited after being customer's for over 18 years. We tried to see if we could get a better deal but there isn't one. Everyone should go to Cricket. Just because it's not a "big" name people shy away and don't think it's as good as the others. That's what we thought and we were wrong.”
“Trent was absolutely amazing!! I was having insane issues with my previous carrier regarding my number and he was able to help and guide me so I was able to resolve that issue. He worked hard on making sure I was able to get my number transferred over and set me up with a great phone and plan!! So far service is great and their customer service is fantastic!”

“I visited this location on November 18th, 2025. Bolton was greeted me and helped me with getting a new phone and tablet. I had dropped and broken the tablet. Bolton was nothing short of amazing. It was like he could read my mind and knew just what I needed. He went through the various options and features of the devices and plans. He took the time to ensure I understood everything about the new phone and tablet. This was the first time I've visited this location and I'm very pleased with the experience.”
