This place doesn't exist anymore at this location. It is now gregg young chevrolet. At Gregg young chevrolet you can buy parts, cars, get serviced, and has a great bodyshop in the back of the building.

My husband and I just purchased a vehicle from Vanessa and it was the smoothest, best car buying experience I've ever had. I got to the dealership and she had everything ready for me. Paperwork was all set, and communication leading up to the transaction was amazing. It was a 3 hour drive for me to pick the car up, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat just to have that smooth of an experience where you're not sitting around in the dealership for hours on end. Vanessa was THE BEST! I typically hate the whole process of buying a car, this was a VERY different experience! Thank you Vanessa!!!!

I’m new to Marshalltown and needed to get work done on my Chevy Malibu, so hey why not a Chevrolet Dealership, right? WRONG!After scheduling my appointment on Saturday for Monday at 1300, I get there to receive a very unwelcoming greeting. After that fun, I’m told it would be 2 hours for the service. So cool! I sit and wait…about a hour and a half in I ask for a ride home.This cool old guy drops me at home (the only good experience). I’m home for 15 mins and Logan the Service Manager calls and said “we don’t have the part”.Fun! Same guy picks me up, I paid for the diagnostic, schedule for Tuesday at 1100. No worries. Tuesday I sit there for almost four hours just to be told, they had the correct part and could’ve fixed it on Monday, they’ll need to do another diagnostic at another $140 at pop, on top of the $140 from Monday and the cost of the repairs $500.At this moment I’m thinking this bad business, so I point out how disappointed I’m with this experience and say “Logan meet me halfway on the diagnostic” and he fumbled thru reason why he couldn’t. Than had the nerve to say I can’t giving you the time you invested back!Now realized they had the part and could’ve fixed it on Monday!? Cool…let’s shut it down, get my car, and I’ll find another place. After missing two days of work, dropping $640 plus taxes, my car still isn’t fixed.DON’T GO HERE FOR SERVICE!

Took my car in for warranty work. The car had 60.660 miles on it . When I got it back. The tire valve leaked. At 60.700 miles . I got a lean code PO 171 - I took the air box off and the air filter was the wrong size. And laying in the bottom of the box. The filter in box was for a 1994 -1996 4.3 L -I have a 2013 2.5 (4) cylinder. I Don't TRUST THEM AT ALL

The sales department is the most friendly staff you will meet in 200 miles, I was difficult and changed my mind a couple of times when buying and Joshua Bloomquist and Vanessa Caracoza made it the most easy and simple transaction possible.
