Overall, not a great experience. I'll start with the good. Of the moving companies that bid on our project (residential, in-town move), they were the low bidder. Their customer service was prompt and courteous (this is what prevented this form being a one-star review). They did, essentially, get the job done.
That having been said, they overall experience was pretty poor. They packed our heirloom china pieces improperly which resulted in several pieces being broken, as can be seen in the attached photograph. We were compensated for the broken pieces, although some of the china appears to be irreplaceable at any value.
Many boxes were poorly marked by their packers which resulted in them being placed in nonsensical places - clothes form the main bedroom closet being delivered to the basement storage room, pantry items from the kitchen being delivered to the basement, and so on. There we dozens of instances of this. Items from several rooms were combined, rather nonsensically, into the same box, making unpacking more difficult than necessary.
The entire contents on my bathroom vanity - which included several bottles of designed cologne as well as other personal grooming items and products - was packed with items from at least two other rooms and left int he garage, meaning it took us nearly a week of unpacking literally every box before they could be located. Despite the contents of the missing box having been values at well over $500, we were only offered $125 to "compensate" us for the loss.
Our bill was initially calculated wildly incorrectly (to the tune of more than $600 in their favor). While this was corrected, its pretty indicative of the lack of attention to detail which was pervasive in our experience.
As much as I wish I could recommend White Glove Movers, I have to advise anyone considering them to proceed with caution.
Update: On the same day I left this review, I was called by a person purporting to be "Mike" from White Glove Movers who proceeded to berate me for leaving a negative review. For this reason, I have reduced my rating from two stars to one.

Your men did a great job. The arrived in a timely manner and had everything moved in 10 minutes. Josh, Caden, and Britain were very polite and very careful. Thank you! We appreciate the service you provide!

We had Flint, Steven, and Austin move us today! They were amazing very efficient knew what they were doing and also very kind! I called and gave them an atta boy’s at the office it was well deserved! I would highly recommend them for your next move!

We would recommend to anyone!! My husband and I would like to thank Josh, Steven, Shawn and Carson B. for a wonderful moving experience. The guys showed up on time and surprised me with 4 movers. They took very good care of our items. We had some really heavy and precious pieces. Thank you White Glove!!!

I would not recommend White Glove (WG) movers! They were brought in to pack and move our household by a third party due to extreme water damage. The crew that packed and moved our belonging cause over $6,000 of damage. When the owner of WG came to our house to inspect the damage, he commented that “this was not our A team”. A claim was filed with their insurance company. The policy WG has is for “replacement value”, not “replacement cost”! This meant we would have to pay over $1,000 to repair, or replace our belonging that WG employee damaged! When we suggested that the owner cover what his insurance company did not, he refused and the conversation quickly got heated! Not only did WG take position of a number of the damaged items, but they refused to give us the $250 they had to cover (money we needed to replace the items) until they could take position of the damaged items!

This is the second time I have used White Glove Movers. I had an appointment for April 2nd at 10 am. They were on time. The guys were courteous, efficient, and careful with my mothers boxes. They had to deal with cold and rain. I was impressed that they were able to move her heavy electric wheelchair for me. Thanks for all you do!

White Glove Movers are great! Mitch, Josh, Steven & Dustin helped me pack! Josh & Josh did the load, travel and unload! Everyone was professional, kind and courteous and paid attention to detail. They worked hard and efficiently. I also love that I could utilize their packing boxes/materials when I ran out! I would highly recommend their services!

I had White Glove Movers come to move out the furniture in my living room because I was getting new carpet. The two movers, Josh and Josh, did a fantastic job and even helped me hook up my cable box after the carpet was put in.

We hired white glove movers to help us move from our storage shed into our home. Josh, Steven and Gary were great. They were friendly, on time and not one did they complain like the last service we used. I would recommend them and we will be hiring them again when we need professional movers.

I highly recommend White Glove Movers. From the inital visit, each phone call, to the crew that moved me, they were professional, pleasant to work with and made my move as stress free as possible. The guys handled my belongings with care, moved furniture to my liking, and were fast and efficient. Definately worth the money, which I felt was very reasonable. Would refer them and use them again if needed.

We have moved, for better or worse a ton, and the man who came out was professional and thorough and gave a reasonable estimate. However, the movers were a whole bunch of teenagers basically unsupervised. They left a fair amount of our stuff in the yard (our realtor came and got it and held it and we had to drive back to get it from her). They lost a LOT! With every move, honestly, you expect a few things to go missing. They gave us some extra stuff we had to return (assuming someone else's stuff). A TON was broken. I mean stuff we had wrapped in boxes within totes was so roughly handled it came broken. This is a 1.5 hour move. Horrible experience. I had labeled the kids' rooms for them and stuff was just thrown everywhere and anywhere. Would never use them again.

I could not be happier with the service I got today. Dustin and Mitch were great - efficient and very professional! Moving is so stressful but they really made it a smooth experience.
