This is the worst feeling ever! We went into the bank and deposited $12,000.00 and the money disappeared from the account. We filed a claim and they couldn’t find our deposit, and we went into the bank and the money was nowhere. Well Fargo is a big thief bank. I can’t wait to transfer to another bank. This money that y’all stole will never go in vain, God will fight this battle for us.

If i could give this bank a - star I would. The….. worst bank to ever bank at and if anyone was smart they wouldn’t get any kind of loan from these crooks. Especially a home loan unless you want to be foreclosed on for there screw ups.

I truly believe racism is playing a part in the issue I'm having with this particular branch and location in Marion, IA on 7th Street. Two weeks ago I went to cash my Taco Bell work check at this location and everything was successful. Now today, two weeks later, at this same location they telling me that I have to deposit the check, but I don't have a checking account with Wells. I just wanted to cash my check like I did two weeks ago. I think it was very unprofessional to not provide clarity on why they couldn't cash my check. I work hard for my money and I don't want any challenges when it comes to me cashing my checks. Also, the numbers that machine the teller used to check the validity of the check typed this 10 digit number on the back of my check and that number is preventing Check Cashing places from cashing it. Not only did Wells not cash my check, they made it difficult for another business to do so. I have bills that need to be paid and I have things I need to get done and this situation is taking away from my obligations I had planned for today. It sad that they use a Black Teller too, this broke my heart. It's a Wells Fargo check so I should be able to pay the $7 fee since I don't have an account and get the check cashed but today that wasn't the case and I want to know why. A great bank! Deb Hall has been our banker for 15 years and it has been amazing. I don't know why everyone doesn't use WF.

I banked with Wells Fargo for 10 years. Every experience at this branch was a nightmare. Some of the employees are friendly while others are not. Josh (branch manager) has no idea how to complete the paperwork I needed to transfer my 401K to Wells Fargo. I finally went to another branch and they took care of it no problem in less than 30 minutes.

The people at this bank are top notch, Debra P goes above and beyond and Virginia at the drive up always makes my day! Way to go Wells Fargo, now work on you customer service 1-800 number, they could learn a lot from these ladies at the Marion branch!!

Went in with cash in hand to exchange for euros. My husband has an account their , but not myself. I assumed maybe I'd be charged a fee for the exchange. Nope, couldn't even purchase exchange without membership! All worked out. Went to the Cedar Rapids Bank and was able to purchase my foreign exchange and was treated great
