For years I've used them but the last year has been awful. I have had to have 3 phone conversations and go in two times every month to get my meds filled. The same med that I've had for 3 years and never had a problem with before.

I love the Marion Walgreens. The people are so nice just like the rest of the town!

The pharmacy is like downtown Beirut. Rude and happy. Long wait and confusing. Even the front checkout said they frequently get complaints about pharmacy. Even though the front check out was also swollen and their system is archaic. I won't go back. The one benefit though is the location, but I wish it was another store.

I normally have pretty pleasant experiences here, but it literally just barely turned 9pm as your locking the doors, you really couldn't let me in for the 30 seconds it would take me to use the ATM?!?! You ended up just standing there chit chatting with your coworker anyway. What is seriously with people anymore?! Where's all the common courtesy and basic human decency?!?! Mankind really is domed per our own demise. SMH. ~ Love & Light ~ X?X?~

In the course of my professional and personal experiences, I have frequented a variety of pharmacy establishments. However, the level of service at this particular Walgreens stands out as exceptionally subpar. My background in both inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services within hospital settings has provided me with a broad perspective on customer service standards in this field. Regrettably, the staff at this location, particularly a female pharmacist whose name I did not ascertain, displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and empathy. Interactions were marred by a palpable sense of judgement and hostility, even in response to basic inquiries about medications.Such an approach not only undermines the fundamental principles of customer service but also deviates from the compassionate ethos expected in healthcare professions. It is disheartening to observe this level of service in a field where empathy and support should be paramount. Given these experiences, I am compelled to reassess my patronage of not only this specific Walgreens but the chain as a whole. I also encourage others who have encountered similar issues at this location to consider alternative pharmacies that align more closely with the professional and compassionate standards that are essential in healthcare service provision.

I've had to accommodate this pharmacy too many times over my years of patronage. I called, 2 days, ahead to make sure a prescription would be ready. I arrive only to be told it was not ready and when I said that I called 2 days ago to make sure it would be ready to go, they blamed me. They must believe they are the only pharmacy around...I won't miss them, they may miss my insurance dollars, either way they won't change.

I like this store. It's a go-to for quick medicine and over the counter Vitamins. I also appreciate the premium snacks they have

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. The pharmacy staff are beyond unprofessional and incompetent.I went to the pharmacy 08/03 to pick a prescription for my dad. I grabbed the meds, paid and left. When I got home, we realized that they had only put 10 pills in instead of 30. He called them and they said they’d redo it and to come get it the next day. This brings us to Saturday.I stopped in again, with the original bottle with the wrong amount. Told the pharmacy staff the situation and they took the old bottle and gave me a new prescription. So once again I drive home thinking it’s been solved. Nope. They had only provided the 20 that were missing and since they took the other bottle he was now short 10. He called and the pharmacist starting arguing with him. Telling him they gave me the original bottle back and WATCHED ME PUT IT IN MY PURSE. That was a lie. Finally, after my dad calling AGAIN and him raising his voice, it was all of sudden not and issue to provide the extra 10.The next day he goes BACK to the pharmacy to pick up the remaining 10 pills. When we looked at the bottle, we realized that they used the bottle they accused me of having.I am absolutely appalled by how rude, lazy, and disorganized the staff was. Something needs to be done. These are peoples medications we’re talking about.

Unfortunately 0/10 (with who I spoke with) on customer service. Had two photos I asked to do through curbside because I have two babies in the car, refused to even though I know my cards on file because I’ve done it numerous times at other Walgreens locations. Hopefully they get a little more customer friendly.

This is the closest pharmacy for me but I’m about to switch. So many times I see cars sitting in front of me for 10 -15mins waiting a lot of the time I have to come back to get my medicine and sit even longer because I’m late for things when I do go through and I go through at odd times. This is ridiculous tell them to go wait away from drive thru.
