Totally feel like I was taken advantage of. Prices are so far above anyone else. 500 dollars with tip...as I always tip 20 percent. Got a cut and a root touch up. Walked out with the worst style and color. She never offered to fix it. She told me it was my own fault for now asking how much it was going to be. Expensive lesson learned.

Jess is AMAZING! She is a beautiful soul inside and out. She made me feel comfortable right away, almost as if we’ve known each other our whole lives. Unreasonable prices. Took advantage of someone. Sad and disgusting. Every salon Im the area including higher end salons said that there was no reason 2 hours of service with shoulder length hair cost almost $700. And you cannot justify it. To any sane person greed is disgusting.
