I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the company's policies and their response to my concerns. I recently reached out to them regarding the possibility of waiving the 30-day cancellation notice, but I received an email from VP of sales stating that they would not be adjusting their policies.As a long-standing member, I expected more flexibility and understanding from the company. While I appreciate their need for consistency, it is disheartening to see that they are unwilling to accommodate their loyal customers in exceptional situations. The lack of flexibility in their policies shows a lack of consideration for their customers' individual circumstances.I had hoped that the company would show more empathy and take into account the value of customer satisfaction.Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. It is disappointing to see that their commitment to policy consistency outweighs their commitment to customer service.I urge the company to reconsider their decision and review their policies to better address the needs of their customers. A more flexible and customer-oriented approach would go a long way in fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer loyalty. I hope that my feedback, along with others who may share a similar sentiment, will prompt the company to reevaluate their stance.

I enjoy their equipment but I hate a crowded gym. Even at 430 am there are too many people for my liking in such a small environment. Therefore, it is a good gym, I'm just trying to find a way out of my contract so I can find a gym that better fits my own needs. Plus the showers are cold

This is the only club that charges an early termination fee around the Cedar Rapids area. I would steer clear of them. I cancelled due to ongoing issues of stress fractures in my foot and they still charged me $138 early termination fee. Terrible business.

I enjoy the variety of group classes, friendliness of the staff, and professional trainers to push me. The video workouts have kept me motivated and moving during this time of being away from the gym.

High membership fees, monthly, plus an annual fee... for what? The TV's on machines never work right (audio jacks), and when you put in a request to fix, they go ignored. All the while, the owner is driving around in a new Cadillac written off as business expense. Then, after 6 years of membership dues paid in full, they need 30 more days to cancel. But hey, they've got a nice array of free weights.

Pros:clean, not too busy, friendly environment Cons: cardio machines really need to be updated. Half of the tv screens don't work.
