Amazing place!! My German Shepherd has a very hard time at the vet. She completely stresses out and it’s a hard task to even get her through the front door. The lady at the front desk and the vet tech could see that I was struggling just to get her to the door. They kindly helped and opened both doors so that I could just run with her into the room. Once in the room everyone was amazing!!! Couldn’t be happier with Ross Vet clinic. Little things go a long ways!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They are often busy at the front desk but always acknowledge us and say they will be with us shortly! When they are completing exams they don’t try to rush you through. They take time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Charge me $50 for being less than five minutes late had called earlier in the morning and supposedly someone called me back even though I have no record of the call or a voicemail. And a $300 bill turned into a $656.bill because they decided to give my dogs vaccination that I didn’t agree to.

I cannot say enough kind things about this office. I first started coming to Ross after having a terrible experience at another vet and I will always be greatful for Dr. Ross and Dr. Fairleigh as well as all of the techs that helped keep my furry best friend comfortable up until we couldn’t anymore. Their compassion and professionalism while helping my cat cross the rainbow bridge is something I was always remember and be greatful for. Your pets are in truly the best hands with Doctors Ross and Fairleigh.

Been the best to us and our dogs since they used to be out on county home. Often kennel our pup there when we out of town and she loves it. Never had any pets love going to the vet accept for Dr Ross.

I can not say enough good things about this place! They provide excellent care. I previously went to another vet for many years and this was the best switch ever. They actually listen and provide wonderful solutions and feedback, unlike the other place(s) I have been to with my fur babies. I am so impressed with the staff and pricing. Check them out!
