So very pleased! I took in a family heirloom ring that needed repair and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. I was greeted by a friendly employee that made me feel very welcome. She explained everything very well and which made me feel like I picked the right place for repairs. I picked up the ring today and it is repaired beautifully. Absolutely recommend.

On February 2 2024 Ryker died. He was my best freind for almost 12 years. I wanted to get my wife a pendant to remember him by since she loved him too. I had seen doberman pendants, just a generic doberman though, and thought I'd see what Philip's custom design could do. I talked with Joanne and Ben. They were able to take a picture that I had of Ryker and make a wax 3D image of it. With the technology that they have and Ben's skill they made a beautiful gold pendant with enough detail that you can even see the studs in Ryker's collar. It brought tears to our eyes. Its a great way to memorialize a lost freind.There is no better place to do business. Always kind and professional. I'll be back!

I have had such wonderful experiences at Philips. I recently came in to design some custom rings with old pieces at home and Patricia was so helpful about what would work best for what I wanted. I will always recommend Philips!

I am thrilled with my ring! Joanne, was amazing at helping with the repair of my broken wedding set and adding another band to the ring. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and my “new” ring is absolutely gorgeous. I’v received so many compliments. Joanne also checked another very special ring for me and found the main stone was loose, so they fixed that as well and made it look shiny and brand new. I’ve used Philips Diamond Shop several times and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! This picture says it all.
