Scheduling an appt online is a mess. Terrible Epic website, cant schedule a lad appt directly from unitypoint login, have to search for medlabs, then specific location then use you unitypoint login.... What a unorganized mess

When are the appointments going away. I don't know if they are over worked or what. But they never have opening and when you do get in they are rude! I don't remember it being this bad before the appointment system. If I call the main number they can get me an appointment in marion but I if I call the Marion location they say they dont have any openings. Also why are the lab techs doing the receptionist job?? I'm going to have my doctor send my lads to a different lab if this does not get fixed soon. I have about one more try in me. Sooo frustrated ?

AWFULL! Why tell someone you can just walk in for labs then when you show up you get told it’s by app only come on your not even going to try to help me there’s only 2 people in line it will take 10sc to draw blood. Worst place ever don’t go.

Lab tech who was supposed to be helping was extremely rude, condescending and inconsiderate. He was trying to draw blood that was a simple finger prick into a arm draw which is terrifying for my 4 year old. He doesn’t want to help calm down my child and just turned into a complete jerk. I do believe he needs to find a different job. The medlabs needs to screen their personal better. This was rediculous and I and my family will NEVER return to medlabs. I will drive the hour out of my way to avoid your services. And I WILL tell everyone I know about the disappointing, discusting services that we were put through. Absolutely awful, as we were leaving he was on the phone trying to tell someone about what happened. Are you freaking serious!?!?!?
