“The staff are very friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. Located in Mercy Hospital on the ground floor with ample parking. Call ahead if you're not sure about fasting before a blood test.”
“Love this place! Staff is super welcoming and kind. I only go to this location and have always enjoyed my experience. Well I wouldn’t say enjoy because who likes getting their blood drawn lol, but the staff has always been super kind to me! I’m such a big baby when it comes to needles and I always freak out every time I have to get my blood drawn, but the staff are so understanding and they do everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. One time they even had me sing a song? and bonus, each time I go, they let me pick out the color of my bandage. Overall I love this place, super professional, kind, and understanding staff! It’s the only place I’ll ever go to when I need to get my blood drawn!”
“I'm not sure if this location has different employees than previous reviews mention, but the experience was pleasant for me. I was about 5 minutes late because I got lost in the area and the gentleman at the front desk didn't even mention it, just proceeded as usual. The female employee who sits with you as you complete the process was also pleasant and very helpful. Maybe they were having a good day, but no complaints from me.”
“I typically have very bad experiences getting my blood drawn, as I am extremely prone to fainting/almost fainting and feeling very ill. I got my blood drawn here and was seen right away when I walked in. My phlebotomist was very nice--I think her name was Linda? The first attempt didn't work and I almost fainted. She got me water, ice, paper towels, a fan, had me lay down, and was very kind. She was sweet and sympathetic. I appreciated that a lot. Before I left, she was able to take blood from my hand and counseled me to do that in the future since I tolerate it better. I had a much better experience here than at a different company/lab I went to previously.”
