Very happy with the car I bought, very disappointed with the dealership experience. Poor communication, constantly asking for something else that's supposedly required paperwork even after the deal is done and car is mine, and shady/incompetent techs and salespeople. After finding a rare car on their lot, looking it over, I put my deposit down, and did a test drive. Drove very well, and did not notice anything abnormal. 2 days into ownership, I find that the emergency brake system was broken, and grinding into the rotor. I immediately brought this to their attention, and they refuse to fix it based on the AS IS status. Their AS IS paper they had me sign stated that they agree that they are selling the vehicle with a working brake system. The E-brake is part of that system. This has been an extremely frustrating process to buy one of my dream cars. People warned me not to buy from McGrath, and if it wasn't for the specific rare car, I wouldn't have. Other than the brake issue, the car is in remarkable shape for it's age, and is an absolute blast to drive.

I now understand why everyone I've talked to in this town told me to stay away. Sold me a car with a broken emergency break system that's cutting into the rotors and refuses to fix it because it's an as is car. As is contract says working brakes. Is the emergency brakes not a break system? Was a constant waiting game every time. Constantly being asked to come back to complete paperwork after all papers were signed! I'll never go there again.

I bought a CERTIFIED 2019 Ford Fusion from McGraf.First a tire, then the battery, now the engine light is on and it stalls after fueling. Stalls after fueling. The shocks need replacement. This car is garbage. McGraf Marion sold me expensive CERTIFIED garbage. I have owned the car for less than 2 years. Do not buy anything from or trust anything from McGraf Marion.

I have been buying vehicles from here for 8 years. I have even recommended family members here, that have purchased vehicles from them. I have even met people through my service job, about an hour and a half away from the location, that travel all the way to Marion, (like we do) just to get the superior customer service these folks have to offer.
Gotta give a shout-out to my man Collin Sleeper and Robert Waalkens.

I like going to the dealer because they have quality trained technicians. The down side is how much effort they put into upselling extra services. I understand that it comes with the territory, but McGrath VW goes overboard with pushing extra services that are probably not necessary. The one that really tipped me off was "Crank Case Cleaning" and I was googling it while the service rep was talking to me on the phone, and the top results were in the category of Not Necessary. I'm no expert but it feels a little predatory when going there for service. Just my opinion, for what it's worth.
