Terrible place to purchase a vehicle. Sales representatives was rude. Especially the big bald headed guy with WWE tattoos. Fella thinks he's big and tough and bigger than King Kong. They didn't even try to work out a option that would better suit me. That was over a year and a half ago. I regret purchasing my truck from them . The derogatory words that was written behind my bumper was absolutely rude. For the price I was financed for and all the hidden issues with the truck . I was ripped off 100% . Stay away from this place . I made a big financial mistake purchasing a vehicle from this particular location.

Recently bought a car from here, first of they will try and distract you on a test drive so you don't hear noises that might be coming from the vehicle. They will include gap insurance in your monthly bill from the git go and then tell you that's your payment and after that tell you about gap and make it seem like your payment doesn't go up by much when your payment is actually $40 cheaper. Told us one this we drove 2 hours to get here to fix the bumper scratches their employees also slap dealer plates on vehicles and drive them hard break them and then sell it to you. They will tell you when buying the car "if any issues let us know" and then when you drive 2 hours to get here they say "yeah we can take a look it, but you will pay for it" This dealership is a JOKE stay away!!!!

I have a Volkswagen Beetle that I love. Unfortunately I have been having problems with the passenger window not rolling up. I have had clear vinyl taped over it for a few months. I was so excited as I finally had the money to get it fixed. I went online and made an appointment describing what the problem is. I tried to call right afterward to confirm they saw the appointment & describe the problem in more depth. When I selected service on the automated system I got no answer & no voicemail twice. I thought they would call in the morning if there was a problem. Well, they did call the next afternoon, less than an hour before my appointment to tell me they did not have a certified tech on duty that day (Saturday). At the time I was 2 miles away from the dealership and had driven 90 minutes to get there as there are no dealerships near me. I explained I was almost there and how long I had driven to get there. All I got was an offer to make an appointment during the week. There was no offer for a loaner car, or any other option at all just, "We're sorry." I'm sorry too that I ever considered going to McGrath. I turned around and drove home. The 3 hours on the road driving with this vinyl on my window destroyed it and it flew off, so I'm home now & it's RAINING with the inside of my car now exposed to the elements. The website says they've been open since 9am but apparently they couldn't reach out to me until after 12 for a 1 pm appointment. Do I want to reschedule? That would be a big !! I was going to look at used vehicles while I was there. That will also be a BIG NO!! If you're considering this dealership, my advice would be to go somewhere else.

I have gone to this dealership a few times over the last ten years for cars. I have had the pleasure of working with a few different salesmen and their service department. Jordan was my most recent salesman and he has been excellent in finding us options and taking care of any of our needs. I particularly enjoy that these salesmen will make it feel like home while you're working with them, even played games with my kiddo. The service department has always been helpful in warranty information or how to get an issue fixed as well as working around my schedule.

I recently bought a car from this dealership, and while most of my experience was ok, I am DISGUSTED by the business office. During the signing of all the papers, I was told that unless I bought some type of additional service and maintenance package, that the lender was going to charge me a FIVE PERCENT higher interest rate. I asked specifically if I needed any of the additional coverage since they originally tried to sell me the "premium" package, which increased my monthly payments by nearly $250. I told the guy "no way" and told him what my absolute max monthly payment could be. He tried again to go over that, and that's when I asked if it was even necessary at all, to which I got the response that I HAD to have additional coverage or the bank would charge me the five percent higher interest rate. So, reluctantly, I agreed to the extra coverage. A couple weeks after, I still felt like something was off about it all, called the lender myself, and the woman who I talked to was equally disgusted and said I should call the dealership and "give them hell" because they absolutely would NOT charge more if I declined the additional coverage, since it went by my credit, which was pretty good. So I called the dealership back, told them everything, and I was told it would take around 6 WEEKS to get the refund. I told them it needed to be expedited and that that was not acceptable, and that something more needed to be done for me because I was flat out lied to and conned into buying coverage. My bank needs the refunded money by the end of the month in order to refinance without pulling my credit again. So I've been on the phone with the dealership, and the third party that issues the refunds, and my lender to get this done, but McGrath has been of very little help. I was even told that they "don't know what was said" when I was signing the papers, so they don't know if the guy I talked to was in the wrong or not! I am appalled and disgusted, and will not ever buy from McGrath again.

Do NOT take your car here if you want an honest quote and diagnosis! We have had some serious problems with the repair and servicing shop trying to swindle money out of us regarding our Volkswagen Jetta. We initially went in for diagnostics and received a quote for $18,000 to replace the entire engine. Upon review, our warranty requested more testing in 1,000 miles which Volkswagen stated would be at $0 cost to us because it was requested by the warranty. We brought it back just to end up getting the same quote. After taking the car elsewhere for a second opinion, it is now fixed for less than $1,000 and we are being told we HAVE to pay $200 to Volkswagen for the second diagnostics because we didn't get it fixed through them even though we paid initially for the first testing and oil. Take your car anywhere but here!

I reached out to McGrath VW to purchase/lease a Golf R which was advertised on their website & various others at MSRP. After entering all the pertinent lease information, the representative at the store informed me that the car has a $15K market adjustment. Absolutely no where online is this stated, the car is advertised by VIN & stock number at MSRP. This review is not a reflection of the staff but more so in regards to the predatory advertising processes instilled at dealerships.

Alex Strom is an honest, helpful, easy going salesman. He asked what I needed and went above and beyond to find and obtain the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely recommend Alex when looking for a vehicle.

McGrath is amazing! They were able to get us the right car, at the right price, at the right payment. They really went out of their way to take care of us. Curt delivered our new vehicle 4 hours to us, so we didn’t have to drive there to pick it up. Highly recommend!

My sales consultant was Reece! He was very patient with me and I definitely recommend going to him if your looking for a new vehicle. I am super picky and he was patient with me the whole time. He wasn’t pushy at all and he made sure I loved everything about the car.

My sales consultant was Landon Dochterman and I will suggest him to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle! I am pretty picky and he was incredibly patient with helping me find the right car. He was completely professional and not pushy. Best car salesman I’ve ever worked with.

This is gonna be a long one but I want everyone to know before doing any business there. First of in the past 19 years I was owner of 5 VWs and have been doing business here for at least 5-7 years and dont get me wrong there were times where I liked service here. I guess it all depends who they hire and how much a person like their job. So here it goes less than 2 months ago i upgraded from 2016 Audi A7 (even though had that car only for 4 months) to brand new 2021 VW Arteon from this store. The problem with this car is that it needs a lot of tweaking like every other brand new vehicle and the latest problem I have (well from day 1) is that my headlights are sitting too high and they need adjustment. I have people flashing me at night constantly thinking i drive with high beams on. The road signs are constantly being flashed by my normal lights and when i turn on the high beams the light illuminate a tree branches or the too of stop lights. These should not happen if the lights were properly adjusted! I have google many headlights adjustment videos and "the hot spot" of your lights should barley reach bottom of a traffic sign. Anyhow, the problem is that service here is trying to tell me that lights seam too bright to others because they are LEDs which partially is true but I am not a damn first time car driver and I know the difference when a headlight is adjusted too high! Then he was trying to tell me that this was no defect and saying it will cost me 100s to make adjustments! Then they refuse to give me a loaner because they dont give loaner for a day, which is totally not true! The mofo is just too fing lazy to do his job and I dont even know how the F he thinks it is acceptable to tell to a customer that they can not have something. This guy needs a training on how to deal with costumers 100%. They were trying to show me headlights reflection against the wall without properly measuring the high of my cars head light and then transferring that hight to the wall and marking it 2" below on the wall where light should not cross that line from 25 feet distance, they were eye balling s*** and trying to say it looks ok because they are lazy to do that work. My advice for everyone is do not take your car for service to this place until they hire proper labor and actually willing to help you and make you happy. That being said, sales is much opposite. I only had good experiences with them and they actually went beyond what they needed to do to help me out. I would rank sale at 4 stars.

We purchased a vehicle from this location a month ago, our old loan hasnt been paid off nor have the registered the new vehicle with the state. Make sure they do the paperwork and file it with the County ASAP!
