Used to go here, but looking for another mechanic. Recently took our car in to have it checked over before going on vacation. Told them about some noise in the front end and hard shifting into gear. Got called back 15 minutes later saying nothing was wrong. After vacation we still felt something was wrong, so we got a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Turns out we need suspension work, and our transmission has issues. Glad nothing happened while we were driving on our trip.

Very friendly and courteous staff!! Recently had replaced tires on a vehicle and had to have them re-torqued prior to an expected road trip.
Without an appointment, on a very busy day, I randomly stopped in and a service tech went well out of his way to come out to the parking lot and ensure all four tires were properly torqued.
Provided peace of mind and the guy was just awesome. Sorry, didn't catch his name.

Ordered a tire and dropped rim off to be replaced. Had tire mounted and back on my truck the same day. Fast friendly service. Would highly recommend.

We had a bad tear in the right rear tire just a few hours into a road trip out to Colorado. These people were close by, and had us back on the road with fresh rubber in less than an hour. For saving our vacation at a reasonable price, they get five stars in our books.

They couldn’t get me in to replace the tires on my trailer so they recommended someone else in town who could. Helpful and friendly customer service like this seems increasingly rare these days.

Beware, these guys will try to rip you off.
Took my truck here yesterday for a badly needed alignment, and they told me they wouldn't do it because it needed tie rods wheel bearings and a steering rack. But they would gladly fix all of that for $2300.
All the stuff they said was broke is brand new and has been replaced within the past year. The front end on my truck is brand new besides shocks, hence why I needed an alignment. The steering rack even still has the damn stickers on it. I'm not sure if they thought I was just some dumb kid but watch out these guys will try to rip you off.

The best service I have had in recent memory. This shop put brakes, tires and struts on my 2016 Chevy Impala LTZ. Now my vehicle rides like new! Quality parts put on in a timely manner. Don't roll the ?? at a sketchy discount muffler shop. Bring your vehicle to Marion Tire Co. You get what you pay for: Quality?

I’ve taken my vehicles here for over 20 years. It is the only repair shop I trust beyond an oil change. They give honest & excellent service. Not only is it the best auto repair shop, it is owned by an exceptional family that also gives back to the community.

Apparently there is a mandatory mark up on their parts of 40% over RETAIL price and they won't install parts customers bring in. Troy's telling me everyone in the industry does that. I guess it's ok then. On the lookout for a decent and honest mechanic....
My suggestion, charge up to retail price, get what you can there, mark up labor and give it to they boys doing the work. Your bays are constantly full and appointments going out a week or more... You're not going to go out of business charging fair retail price on parts. Check the prices you are charging for parts and make sure your customers aren't being over charged. Otherwise, you're just another slime ball shop taking advantage of customers situations. At lest be honest and tell them what they are paying in addition just to have you do the work.
They called me back and gave me $65 back on my card. Wanted me to use it as credit there instead. They're still sticking me with paying more than retail price for the part.
First mechanic I called quoted me properly, $200 less.... I was conveniently right by Marion Tire when I broke down. I should have pulled into the lot next door and had it towed somewhere else.
