Latest new atm machine is a joke. Its a touch screen which is fine in most cases but its winter which the touchscreen is useless. Wanted $200 from my savings the machine only goes by 5$ increments at a time. When i got my money back i was beyond livid when $200 worth of cash came all back in 5's. It wouldnt even let me select before hand how I wanted my bills back. The last machine before this broke all the time but this is complete nonsense.

First they got my sons stimulates check and put it in someone eles account n my son had to call IRS n ask what happened they said thet sent it to bank he needed to go ask bank they have it. After weeks of waiting n having no job/ no money he goes to bank n they found THEIR mistake put the money in another account. Did not apologize. Would not trust this bank with nothing

Opened an account. Called me back to say a credit thing came up an they have to close the account. After I left. Had to come back, wasted 2 hours of my day for nothing. Yet I was able recently to buy a house but yea my credit was so bad.

Kye Murphy + LACU saved us so much!. We brought our car loan over from another credit union, they saved us 3%!Our credit card was the same story! When we bought our property we originally were going to use a LACU competitor, but kept getting the run around (about 6 months this went on) . We checked into LACU, and within a week we were approved and they found us someone to appraise our property for $1000 LESS than the other credit union! Not to mention required $13,000 LESS for a down payment! Our property is commercial so the buying process is a little more difficult. Kye made it so smooth for us. They didn’t make a big deal over little hiccups in our past like the other Credit Union. They realize we are human and could see we’ve more than proved ourselves, unlike the other place I felt held it over our heads. I would 100% recommend LACU and if your looking to invest in some commercial property, don’t think twice about giving Kye a call. He is the best!

I wish I could access my account online. I have been holding with member services for over 40 minutes, just to get put back on hold. Very poor service.

They claim everyone is family, it's part of their slogan, but I guess I must be the black sheep. My credit score is low, I will admit that. So I cannot get a credit card or loan, that is fine and understandable. However what is not fine is the fact of having your card declined in the middle of purchasing groceries much to one's own embarrassment. What is not fine is multiple explanations of why it got declined, but the answer explained by management is my debit card has a limit of $100. Yes, this is not a typo. When I questioned this, I was told it was due to my credit score. That is right, I am being limited to spending my own money. I cannot use the mobile check deposit feature because of this either, however I can drive (which costs money) to a branch and do it there. This has to be the most ridiculous restrictions I have ever heard of. The original answer to why my card was declined is because of a 7 day hold on a 164 dollar check. I was told "we might not be able to collect on this check". The check came from a business! I opened an account here because I wanted something local. However my old bank had a debit card purchase limit of $3,000 and never put a hold on a check longer than 1 business day. These people will not treat you fairly if you have a low credit score. In fact I was told they did me a favor, because normally they would not of opened an account for me! Do yourselves a favor and bank elsewhere.
