Did not have 10/30 full syn, witch is not a conventional oil anymore, says who, I know what I want and it's not what there pushing, I'm the costumer and a lot of place out there forgot that, but I'm sure they will do fine without my $100.00 every 5000 miles

I won't be back. They overfilled my oil by a lot then refused to admit it was. I can akdo smell oil burning. Brought it in and they shut-off the engine and checked it right away. Their guy said it's perfect. When I asked about a v8 checking the oil 10 seconds after turning off the engine being incorrect he said that's how it's done. They blew me off. I went home checked it and took pictures. Called jiffy Corp. All they did was have the same people who denied a problem email me and deny it more even when I sent the pictures he said he wasnt going to debate with me my opinionon how to check oil level.. They also said I probably have a leak somewhere that's why it smells. All of a sudden right after they changed the oil. In my 83k babied truck..uhuh. I have physical issues that prevent me from doing it myself anymore. I am going to a mechanic tomorrow to have it drained down. High oil can create pressure problems and leaks. I won't be back to this or any jiffy lube ever with any vehicle. UPDATE: I took my truck to a local mechanic in Marion. Certified and very experienced. He drained and checked it. My truck was in fact more than a quart overfilled.

I was thoroughly impressed with this place. I pulled up, the door to the bay was open, a friendly guy asked what I needed, offered me the lounge then took my car. The came and showed me my filters, which were atrociously dirty, I told them I would take care of them myself, which didn't seem like the end of the world to them. Then it was done. Crazy fast! Job well done!

Terrible experience, said they had the filter but they didn’t so the had one sent over. 1 1/2 hours later it arrives. Spent 2 hours there and they only took $10.00 off my bill. They manager was using the F word all the time about his help. They printed me off a new windshield sticker and it said my next oil change was do in 60,000 miles. I told the manager I don’t think that was right . He said F about his help again and put a new sticker that said 6,000 miles . Well it should of been 7,500 miles but I just wanted out of there.Service: Oil change

There's a kid named Cameron there. I went there for an oil change on a new Volkswagen. Take one, my car blew up an hour later, blown engine.... Oh, and I forgot to say when I called up to tell him about it. He told me if I wanted it done right, do it myself next time. This is not a joke. He killed my $16000 car. It wasn't brand new, but it was new to me. I just want people to know so they don't have to go through that. Like I did it put me into depression. Buy some Punk kid named Cameron.Service: Oil change

Brought in both my wife and I’s vehicles for an oil change yesterday and the staff was very friendly, professional, and informative. They let us know approximately how long the wait would be and got both vehicles done in a reasonable amount of time, especially for how busy they were. I’ll definitely continue to bring our vehicles to them.
