There was an elderly woman ahead of me at the pharmacy. Her Dr had not called in a prescription she needed. Kelsey the pharmacist asked her if she was out, which she was, and offered to send a couple home with her to get her by. That is absolutely hands down the BEST customer service! CVS is so blessed to have Kelsey, she is kind and caring to people. Really means a lot.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I got notified in my app that my medication was ready for pickup so I went to pick it up and after waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes I finally get up to a person that tells me they are short staffed and it will be another 20-30 minutes!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!

I tried CVS, Marion Iowa store Sunday. Their shelves for cold and flu products were 40 % empty. Very sparsely stocked. Looked like they were having a sell off to close, but the clerk said “no” they were fine.

They forget to fax things to my doctor and they need to hire more staff. I’ll be in the drive-thru lane for literally 25-30 minutes because they don’t have enough people working to handle the indoor and outdoor customers.

Aparently you only get to ask one question and if fixing their issue takes too long you have to leave and cant even pick up meds that are ready to be picked up on a Friday was refused an answer to another question because they wanted to help the person behind me

Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy someone really needs to monitor what's going on there not even sure the ladies running it was a pharmacist would not trust they would even give you the right medicine had a prescription sent over there they said they could fill and 4 hrs later did not fill it .

They have been out of my meds for over 24 hrs now. They can't give me any idea when they will be in, and now they won't answer their phone. If you can wait days without meds go here but if you have life saving meds you might die before you get to be their customer.......

I ordered usual generic prescription using CVS app on my phone early in the morning. App showed prescription was placed on order and would be ready that day. Then app showed prescription was back ordered with no promise date. I went into CVS and was advised prescription was back ordered with no promise date. Four days later I went in and talked to the pharmacist and got a sorry we don't have it and that's the best we can do. Again with no promise date. At about noon that day I was notified by a text prescription was ready for pick up. This isn't the first time I have been given this run around. Oh yeh they do use computers and they are a major company. I guess progress and process just gets in the way of customers and good service.
