the guy told me birkenstocks dont come in half sizes. thats a lie. they do if u buy direct. the person replying to this review claimed the same. but all you have to do is go to the webset and see for yourself they have half sizes.....i told the guy i needed wider shoes. he lied again and said they only come in narrow or normal. but if you ask for mens in the same exact style it is wider.again on the birkenstock website click width info. it says womens width A-D. mens width B-EE. EE is extra wide. the style is unisex...... customer service has gone down hill this year.

I was in need of a new pair of shoes Mike @ Brown Shoe Fit Co. was amazing five stars is not enough. The shoes were out of stock in the size and color I wanted. Mike offered to order them in for me and the price was lower than an online store. Buy local!!!!! Thanks for the GREAT Service!!!!

I would be lost without this shoe store in Cedar Rapids. I definitely wouldn't have comfortable feet, for sure. I've suffered through plantar fasciitis, a torn Achilles tendon, heel spurs, and four knee surgeries in the last 10-12 years. This store got me through every need I had to find a way to walk comfortably for various occasions and non-occasions. My son gets his work/walking shoes here also, because he needs an orthotic to fit well into a supportive shoe, and they know exactly what to offer.

From the 6 times I've visited this place I can say all of my experiences have been positive, great service and overall helpful people. But there's one issue that is more or less my issue, it's just my shoes don't seem to really fit anything there, either it's too small or too wide and maybe they might not have my specifics. But I've had that issue at other more local spots too. I highly recommend thus place and I'm sure you'll find something that maybe I can't, since for me I usually have to go out of the city for it unfortunately. Still a 5/5.
