“Driving through Williamsburg on a road trip and my tire blew out. Called Mike on the phone and he took personal time on a Sunday evening to meet us at the shop to help. He and the owner voluntarily drove around town to look for the right tire. He then called someone who had the tire and went to go pick it up for us while we ate. You can tell this kind of hospitality is one of their hallmarks.
Hard to even put into words how nice these guys were and how much help they gave us on a Sunday afternoon.
